Company History

Phase I (1999-2004)

1999 - GRG Banking was established, and took the first step towards ATM manufacturing with self-owned Intellectual Property Rights in China.
2000 - successfully passed ISO9001: 1994 quality system certification, and leaped towards a new stage of production management.
2001 - won a number of design patents and awards, continued to uphold the principle of independent innovation.
2002 - shipped the 1st ATM out of China, started to enter overseas markets.
2003 - established GRG Banking Technology Co., Ltd. in order to construct a professional service network all over China.
2004 - passed EMV, UL and other international industrial certifications, gained international recognition for product design and quality control.

Phase II (2005-2007)

2005 –set up the first overseas branch office in Vietnam, and launched the cash-dispenser mechanism developed independently by ourself.
2006 - entered in the Top 3 in the Chinese ATM market, achieved comprehensive development.
2007 - listed on the Stock Exchange Market in China, and started a new chapter of development.

Phase III (2008 till now)

2008 - became the No. 1 ATM brand in China and broke into the top 10 in the global market; grew steadily, and endeavored to build a world-renowned brand.
2009 - launched full series cash processing mechanism, pushed forward independent innovation of core technology.
2010 –GRGBanking’s market share in Chinese ATM market grew up to 22%. In the international front, we won a bid worth over 350 million USD for recycling ATMs in Turkey, which is the ever biggest cash recycling delivery contract outside Asia which.
